Directions: From East Main Street (as a reference) drive toward Central Point on Highway 99 about 3 miles. Turn left onto Beall Lane. In about 500 feet, the Beall farmhouse and Black Walnut are on the left.
According to the sign by the tree, the farmhouse was built in 1863 by Robert Vinton Beall, an Oregon Trail pioneer. The black walnut was planted in 1864 to commemorate his marriage to Ann Maria Riddle.
