Ruch Historical Marker

The Marker is located in the town of Ruch, at the intersection of Highway 238 and the Applegate Road. From Highway 238, turn onto the Applegate Road. The Marker is located on the right, just before the third building on the right, in a small parking lot. The site is shared with a marker commemorating Ralph C. Springer, an Oregon State Police Officer who died in 1995.
